Behind The Scenes

One of the processes behind much of the weekly happenings around Faith Family is the staff Zoom meetings that run each Monday - Thursday at 9am sharp. Originating out of necessity during lockdowns in the early stages of COVID, these meetings have endured and proven valuable as a consistent check-in and update around the organisation about the day-to-day for each staff member.

During these meetings, staff members from across all locations (including representatives from our daycares) will update the team on items such as how recent services went, important notices about physical locations, celebration and prayer points, etc. In addition to this increase in overall communication, Ps Phil has led the way in utilising this frequent meeting to continually upskill the team in their leadership development, encouraging contribution from leaders and pastors across the International Network of Churches for this purpose.

With growth and development around leadership concepts, methods of being functionally helpful, and simply learning how to be better at caring for others and sharing the Word of God through our lifestyles, the staff of Faith Family are improving for the sake of holistically strengthening the Church.

Though these Zoom meetings are structured for staff only, some of the educational content provided within them have the potential to be made available to those who may also be interested in developing their leadership giftings and skills.
