Faith Family Church Coffs Harbour is located at 11B Domain Drive, Coffs Harbour, sitting atop the hill between the Coffs Harbour GP Super Clinic and the C.ex Coffs International Stadium. This 2200m2 property houses various facilities, including two spacious technologically-equipped areas known as the Auditorium and Studio, utilised for hosting weekly church services and other events, a newly-fitted industrial kitchen, an undercover courtyard, a Media Room (fitted with devices that enable live-streaming and recording functionality in the Auditorium) and an outdoor stage / gazebo with a built-in baptismal font.

Alongside these facilities, Faith Family Church Coffs Harbour is currently in the process of expanding their carpark from 98 parking spaces, shared between the church and daycare facilities to 137 parking spaces, as well as the development and construction of a chapel on-site (including another 40 car park spaces), further growing their reach into the community. Founded in September 1982, Faith Family Church Coffs Harbour, formerly known as Coffs Harbour Christian Outreach Centre, was initially an old shed repurposed into a gathering space as Kevin and Dianne Matthewson became the Senior Pastors of the COC location. Over time, the space would develop and change as more and more people found community within its walls. In early 2004, Kevin and Dianne would introduce Phil and Justine Campbell as the new Senior Pastors of what then became Harbour Church. Phil and Justine have led the Coffs Harbour location since, helping more and more people find faith and community across the last 18 years. In 2019, the process began to rename Harbour Church to Faith Family Church to allow for even more community in the form of including a new partnership with the location in Taree and then again later in both Grafton and Gloucester.

Faith Family Church operates under the phrase “one church, many expressions”; as such, the Coffs Harbour location offers multiple different services, each with a unique range of expression and reach. Prayer Services regularly occur, as well as Future Youth - a youth ministry that meets weekly following the school calendar. In addition, two physical Sunday services run in conjunction with one another, a Ministry Service in the Studio and a Family Service in the Auditorium. The Family Service also facilitates an Online Service, which broadcasts live on the church’s Facebook page concurrently.

Each service is designed to allow for anyone, no matter their demographic or stylistic preferences, to find a place to belong.
